I’m passionate about turning research insights and strategies into tangible outcomes through prototyping and storytelling. Driven by passion, perseverance, and authenticity, I strive to craft user experiences that bring delight and make a meaningful impact.
My experience spans diverse industries—including healthcare, finance, and both B2B and B2C applications—across complex, multi-sided ecosystems for desktop, mobile, and tablet. I thrive in complexity and bring a collaborative, innovative approach to problem-solving.
Highlights of my career include leading design and launch of Zolid AI, an AI copilot, for web and mobile platforms that leverages advanced ML and NLP to provide real-time support and context-aware suggestions, helping business owners navigate exit planning. As the Product Owner, I spearheaded 0-to-1 design and strategy for a react based SaaS application from conceptualization to a successful launch. Designed, curated, and managed the design system for Cloud + AI group (Microsoft), ensuring consistent UI components and patterns across 60+ products.
Outside of work, I’m committed to passion projects, including a recent award-winning design recognized at the 20th Annual Davey Awards for empowering young readers. My work has been featured in publications such as Forbes and CNN Let’s connect—I’m always up for a great conversation!

The process needs to be custom built for every single design problem. The checkpoints, artefacts and actions changes on a case by case basis.
That being said one can normally expect the Design's classic double diamond process to sit within the Product development cycle in such manner.
